These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Laylah platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Laylah Platform

Laylah operates as a digital marketplace that connects users ("Clients") seeking to book venues and services with independent service providers and venue owners ("Providers"). Laylah is not a venue owner, event planner, or service provider. We are a platform that facilitates connections and transactions between Clients and Providers.

2. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary. Laylah reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.

3. Booking and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the Client has completed the required deposit or full payment as specified by the Provider and the Platform.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Laylah is not responsible for any payment errors or security breaches of the payment processor.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies are set by individual Providers. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to a Provider's cancellation policy before making a booking. Laylah will process refunds according to the Provider's policy, but is not responsible for any disputes over the refund amount.

4. Client and Provider Responsibilities

Clients agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by the Provider and the venue or service.

Providers agree to provide the services and venues as described in their listings. Providers are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and accuracy of their listings and services.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including fraud, harassment, or to post false or misleading information.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, such as photos and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Laylah a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote your content on the Platform and in our marketing materials to facilitate our services.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Laylah Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Laylah does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content, listings, or services provided by a third party. Laylah is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or injuries that may arise between Clients and Providers. In no event shall Laylah be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Laylah, its officers, directors, and employees, harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Saudi Arabia.

9. Changes to Terms

Laylah reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
